What to Expect

The Gunwerks Invitational is designed to test practical long-range shooting skills in realistic hunting-style scenarios. Throughout the weekend, shooters will move through 20 unique stages built to emulate the types of positions, terrain, and shot opportunities encountered in the field.

Shooting Format

Participants should expect to engage targets from a variety of shooting positions including:

  • Prone

  • Seated

  • Standing

  • Improvised field positions

Target distances will range from approximately 300 yards to 1,000+ yards, and all stages will be timed. Shooters will be expected to quickly assess the scenario, build a stable shooting position using your own support equipment, range the target, and execute accurate shots under pressure.

In addition to the standard stages, competitors will also have one Bonus Shot opportunity during the event.
