Arrival by Aircraft – Important
Guests planning to arrive via the private runway at JL Bar Ranch, Resort & Spa must have their arrival scheduled in advance and all required documentation submitted prior to arrival day. This is essential to ensure proper coordination and a seamless arrival experience. They do require pre-arrangements and permission prior to each trip. Departure by Aircraft - Schedule in Advance

Due to the high volume of departures on Thursday, we strongly recommend scheduling your departure time in advance to secure your preferred slot.

If you prefer to avoid peak departure times, we encourage you to take full advantage of the resort’s amenities while you wait—whether that’s booking a spa treatment or simply relaxing poolside and enjoying the property at your leisure.

 

A Curated Experience
This experience has been thoughtfully designed to be seamless from start to finish. Your schedule has been arranged for you, allowing you to simply follow along and enjoy each moment.

Your Group & Pod
You have been assigned a Group and a Pod, which together guide your experience.

Your Group determines where you will be each day.
Your Pod guides your shooting rotations and roundtable sessions.

Your Pod remains the same throughout the event.

Aviation Experience
During Aviation sessions, flight demonstrations and aircraft access are available throughout the morning.

Your schedule includes assigned roundtable sessions, while the remainder of the morning is intentionally flexible to allow you to explore aircraft and participate in flight opportunities.

Shooting Experience

During Shooting sessions, you will rotate through a series of curated stations featuring long-range rifle, precision pistol, trap, and skeet. Your Pod assignment guides your movement through each station, with time built in for transitions, instruction, and conversation. Our team will be present throughout to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience at every step.

Attire
Attire throughout the experience is best described as refined casual.

For daytime activities, we recommend comfortable, functional clothing suitable for outdoor conditions and shooting environments. Closed-toe shoes are strongly encouraged.

For evening gatherings, guests typically opt for a slightly elevated casual look—collared shirts, denim or casual trousers, and light layers are ideal. Friendly reminder to bring sunblock. 

Pacing & Flow
We have intentionally built time for transitions, conversation, and enjoyment throughout the experience. Our team will be present to guide you at each step, so there is no need to manage timing on your own.
